By accessing this website or formally requesting a quotation or service, you confirm that you are of legal age with full capacity to contract or legally represent the company or entity on whose behalf you act, agreeing to be bound by these terms.

Net & Soft Solutions provides comprehensive technology solutions covering: • Software Development: Custom web, mobile, and corporate software built to approved technical specifications. • Networks & Infrastructure: Design, installation, and configuration of structured cabling, fiber optics, routers, switches, and secure wireless networks. • CCTV Systems: Supply, mounting, and configuration of video surveillance cameras (IP, analog), DVR/NVR recorders, and secure remote access. • Technical Support: Preventive, corrective maintenance, fault troubleshooting, and on-site or remote assistance under agreed service agreements.

All commercial proposals or quotations issued by Net & Soft Solutions have a validity period specified in the document (typically 15 continuous days due to hardware and licensing market fluctuations). Large-scale projects are formalized through a service contract or signed technical proposal defining delivery milestones, schedule, and payment terms.

• Website Content: All logos, texts, graphic elements, source code of this website, and trademarks are the exclusive property of Net & Soft Solutions or properly licensed. • Custom Developed Software: Unless agreed otherwise in writing, upon full payment of project fees, the client acquires usage rights or ownership of custom code as established in the individual development agreement. Third-party open source libraries remain governed by their respective licenses (MIT, Apache, GPL, etc.).

For optimal service execution, the client agrees to: • Provide truthful information, clear technical specifications, and necessary access credentials (servers, physical premises) within coordinated deadlines. • Possess proper licenses for pre-existing software or systems within their infrastructure. • Ensure adequate physical and electrical conditions for installing network hardware and CCTV equipment.

• Hardware & Equipment: Installed equipment (cameras, switches, routers, servers) includes official manufacturer warranties, managed by our technical team in accordance with manufacturer policies. • Physical Installations: Cabling and physical mounting installations carry a technical warranty against installation defects. • Custom Software: We provide a post-launch technical warranty period (defined in contract) for resolving errors attributable to original development at no additional cost.

Net & Soft Solutions is not liable for service interruptions or damages resulting from: • Outages caused by third-party Internet Service Providers (ISPs), electrical power surges, or power outages outside backup UPS systems. • Unauthorized tampering, modifications to code, or configuration changes carried out by non-Net & Soft personnel. • Cyberattacks or security breaches caused by weak internal passwords or client negligence.

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all technical, financial, commercial, and strategic information exchanged during negotiation or execution of any project, safeguarding trade secrets of each party.

Net & Soft Solutions may update these Terms & Conditions at any time to reflect new service offerings, regulatory changes, or security protocols. Terms in effect at the time of formal contracting will govern that specific project.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. Any disputes shall preferably be settled through amicable and good-faith negotiation; failing agreement, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of San Fernando de Apure.
